1. Service scope

AIParagraph provides AI-assisted proofreading, rewriting, document parsing, OCR-related processing, task history, and related software features. We may modify or discontinue features from time to time.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, controlling devices that remain signed in, and ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable use

• You may not use the service to process unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive content.
• You may not upload content that you do not have the right to process.
• You may not attempt to interfere with service integrity, rate limits, quota controls, or platform security.
• You may not use AIParagraph to generate or revise content for fraud, impersonation, spam, or other harmful activity.

4. AI output disclaimer

AIParagraph does not guarantee that generated output is accurate, complete, legally compliant, or suitable for your intended purpose. Users must independently review and approve all final content.

5. Subscriptions, quota, and refunds

• Paid plans provide access to higher monthly limits, upload capacity, OCR allowances, and related benefits. Plans renew according to the billing terms displayed at purchase unless canceled before renewal.
• Refund requests, where offered, are handled according to applicable law, payment provider rules, and our internal policy. Abuse, excessive usage, or breach of these terms may limit refund eligibility.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms other users or infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

The AIParagraph service, software, brand assets, and related materials remain the property of the service operator or its licensors. You retain rights you hold in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIParagraph is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing framework

These terms are governed by the laws and commercial framework associated with Hong Kong SAR, unless a different mandatory rule applies to you under local law.
