• When you use the editor, we may process text you paste, output generated for you, uploaded file metadata, parsed text, OCR status, task history, and quota usage records.

• Provide the editing, rewriting, document parsing, OCR, export, and history features of AIParagraph.
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, enforce plan limits, and maintain service reliability.
• Support billing, subscription management, refund handling, and customer support.
• Improve model prompts, product quality, and operational diagnostics in an aggregated manner.

3. Storage and retention

• We store task metadata and edited content for as long as needed to provide account history, export, and support functions, unless a shorter retention window is required by law or internal policy.
• Guest previews are not designed as a long-term storage feature. Logged-in task history may be retained until you delete it, request deletion, or we remove it under our retention rules.

4. Uploads and OCR

• Uploaded files may be temporarily processed for parsing or OCR. Binary file content is handled only as needed to extract text, determine status, or support the workflow you requested.
• If extraction fails, AIParagraph may retain metadata such as file name, mime type, character count, status, and timestamps so that the task can be explained, retried, or reviewed.

5. Third-party processors

We may use third-party providers for authentication, payment processing, AI model inference, storage, OCR, hosting, analytics, and error monitoring. These providers process data only to perform the relevant service on our behalf.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in persistence, security, fraud prevention, and product analytics. Disabling some cookies may affect account access and workspace behavior.

8. Cross-border processing

Because our vendors and infrastructure may operate in multiple regions, your information may be processed outside the place where you reside. We take reasonable steps to protect that information.
